2v2 Heading Game
The Rules:
- 2 Teams of 2 players at each field, use The Heading Trainer ball for heading specific training.
- Attacking team moves down the field toward their opponents goal by heading and catching the ball.
- One player on attacking team uses good heading technique for a shot, by heading the ball down, and trying to score against the two goalies below waist height.
- If the ball hits the ground while moving toward goal, the ball immediately turns over to the other team and the attacking team must drop back on their line to defend the goal.
- Defending players can use their hands and feet
- Play games for 2 minutes, and make it a tournament with a championship field!
