Center Forward Finishing – The Training Triangle

Center Forward Finishing

The Setup

How it Works:

1) Attacking Mid dribbles forward into the hole, meaning the space between the lines of the opponents defense, and plays an across body cut pass into the center forwards feet.Center Forward receives the ball in the space between the triangles to turn and shoot in 2-3 touches.

2) Attacking Mid plays long ball in the air or on the ground out to the winger who dribbles his triangle for a cross and finish with CF.

3) Attacking Mid plays a one-two with CF for a shot from outside the box.
