Offensive and Defensive Heading While Sitting

Have your partner toss the Heading Trainer ball underhand and call out attacking or defending headers
Do:
1. Keep neck muscles tight and engaged 
2. Tuck your chin and push forward
3. Keep your eyes open for as long as possible
4. Arms out to the side of us are what we use as our cushion and protection from the other payer
Do Not:
Let your neck roll backwards 
Defensive Headers:
Make contact with the hairline to clear the ball with height
Offensive Headers:
Make Contact with the middle of your forehead and aim into partners hands or to the ground
