Quick Feet Relay Challenge
The Set Up

Place cones, balls or triangles as markers 6-10 yards to the left and right of training triangle starting position.

Players perform quick feet exercises until coach signals the direction to sprint, this encourages players to keep their heads up while working on their quick feet/agility movements.
Relay Race
• 3 Repetitions of each quick feet exercise, with players alternating sprinting to the left and then the right
