Heading Over Your Shoulder

Lean back before going forward over your shoulder to generate power, just like when your foot goes back first to kick a ball.
1. Keep neck muscles tight and engaged
2. Tuck your chin and push forward
3. Keep eyes open for as long as possible
4.  Arms to your side as a cushion and protection from other players

Let your neck role backwards
