Juggling + Quick Feet
- In-Outs (or exercise of choice) for 10 seconds while your partner juggles
- After each player has gone through the exercise once, juggle between you and your partner for 10 seconds.*
*This juggling / rest period will bring players heart rate down and allow each quick feet set to be performed with quality and at a high intensity
- Vary the juggling rules for players:
Laces only, thigh only, head only, etc
