The compact size and easy portability of The Training Triangle allows athletes to improve their plyometric ability virtually anywhere. Many of the same exercises you can do on an agility ladder, and more, can now be practiced in any environment with minimal space. Practice these drills slowly at first, focusing on accuracy and learning the movements before increasing your speed. Remember to keep your arms moving and elbows at 90 degrees!
