Quick Feet Relay Challenge

The Set Up

  • Place cones, balls or triangles as markers 6-10 yards to the left and right of training triangle starting position.

  • Players perform quick feet exercises until coach signals the direction to sprint, this encourages players to keep their heads up while working on their quick feet/agility movements.

    Relay Race

    • 3 Repetitions of each quick feet exercise, with players alternating sprinting to the left and then the right
